A deposit is required to reserve any party time. This non-refundable deposit holds your party time.

A $50 deposit is required for all private parties and our Open Bounce package. The deposit goes towards the total package cost. The remaining balance is due the day of the party.

A $60 deposit is required for our Cake Bounce package. This deposit covers the cost of the reservation. Admission cost for bouncers is due the day of the party.

Bouncers are only those aged 17 and under.

Infants too young to safely bounce and teens who do not bounce at all are not counted as bouncers.

Whether spectators or participants, adults do not count towards your bouncer total.

Open Bounce Parties

Open Bounce parties are those that occur during times when our facility is open to the public. During your party time, Open Bounce bouncers who are not a part of your party will share the play space.

Our Cake Bounce package, ideal for smaller parties, includes a table reserved on the main floor for your guests to celebrate. Our Open Bounce Package provides the upstairs mezzanine as a private area for your guests to celebrate.

Private Bounce Parties

Private Bounce parties are those that occur during times when our facility is closed to the public. During your party time, only guests of your event will be permitted in the building. 

Our private bounce parties include access to our mezzanine, main floor space, and play space without other bouncers.

Cake & Ice Cream

You are welcome to bring in your own cake (or cookie or cupcakes) and ice cream. However, no other outside food or drinks are allowed. We have a snack bar with a variety of treats for your party guests, if you need snacks or additional drinks. Pizza can be added to any party package during your reminder call.

Decorations

The party family may arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the party time to decorate. Feel free to bring in balloons, plates, or tablecloths to match your celebration theme! You may bring Command Strips, sticky tack, or magnets to hold items to the walls. However, we ask that you do not use any other kind of adhesive material on our walls or the inflatables. No confetti, glitter, silly string, or face paint may be used in the facility.

Due to staffing and safety concerns, we do not allow walk-in parties.

All parties must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance. 

Yes, we offer group rates starting at 15 bouncers.

To qualify for group rates, all groups must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance to confirm staff and availability.

Group rates do not allow cake, ice cream, or decorations to be brought into our facility.

One pass is included with all of our party packages. This pass provides one free admission to a future open bounce session. 

It must be used within 30 days of the party date.

There are three options: 8 bottles of water, a box of (10) Koolaid Jammers, or one 2 liter of pop.

Each package includes a set amount of drink options. Additional options can be purchased at the time of your party.

Absolutely! We do not restrict celebrations to one party child.

However, there is only one free birthday child admission (and Bounce Buddy, if included) per party package. Additional birthday children count towards your guest count. Additional buddies may be purchased at regular rates.

There is only one free Bounce Back Open Bounce Pass is provided per party.

A signed waiver and socks.

Everyone entering the bounce arena needs to be on a waiver. This includes infants and spectators. Our waiver is available at the door or online prior to your visit.

Socks are required for bouncers.

All bouncers must be supervised by someone 16 or older during their time in our facility.
