Open Bounce

Open Bounce - FAQ

A signed waiver and socks.

Everyone entering the bounce arena needs to be on a waiver. This includes infants and spectators. Our waiver is available at the door or online prior to your visit.

Socks are required for bouncers.

All bouncers must be supervised by someone 16 or older during their time in our facility.

This depends on what type of session you are looking for. If you would like your visit to be less crowded, we recommend weekday sessions, either in the morning or later evenings. Our weekend sessions and school breaks tend to be the busiest.

Our facility includes inflatables ideal for the typical gross motor skills of those ages 3-12. This means we do not include units geared solely for toddlers or teens at our indoor facility.

Young bouncers are welcome during any of our sessions, as long as they can safely play. To be independent on inflatables, they need to have the gross motor skills to move through small unknown spaces, climb with ease, and walk on uneven surfaces.

Bouncers over 12 are welcome during any of our sessions, as long as they are safely participating.

Adults may not enter without a child aged 17 or under. We do offer exceptions for adults with special needs. Please contact us about options for these exceptions.

We accept cash, check, card, Apple Pay, and Android Pay

Our snack bar includes a variety of snacks, including chips, crackers, candy, popcorn, and other treats. Our drink options vary from water to juice boxes and sports drinks to pop. We allow no outside food or drink in our facility.
